Well he's supposed to be the antagonist for the beginning of the game. That's why Emil is pissy about him killing his parents.

That Lloyd in the fire seems abnormal to me.... I really don't think it's the same as the original character now... I guess we will find out what happened to Palmacosta when the game comes out.
