Here are some free programs that should help everyone improve their artwork. You may link others to this journal post if you'd like to spread the word.
I have used some programs for over a year. LOL I never thought to use them to improve my art until recently. Maybe I'm just lazy...

I posted MMD first because I knew it would get the most attention. It's good that it allows you to add more model data. I like collecting models.

Yes, that was a nice move. Vocaloids are so in right now. XD I also considered hexagreat (because it looked light with its 2MB) but Miku is too cute to miss.
